Kelly Scott

Kelly joined ads creative solutions as an Account Manager in 2007 and quickly built strong relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. In 2014, when offered the chance of a management buyout, the opportunity was too good to miss and she hasn’t looked back since.

Kelly enjoys a hands-on approach and is heavily involved with the client management element of the business. Taking advantage of her huge wealth of marketing knowledge and experience, Kelly enjoys leading marketing strategy and integrated campaigns for businesses of all shapes & sizes, across many industry sectors.

She is passionate about staff development, leading an agency that puts the client at the heart of everything and is keen to continually push the business forwards.

Kelly loves: Playing squash and the occasional game of hockey, walking her cockapoo Harley and enjoying time with family and friends

Sally Jeanes

Event management specialist Sally, has over 20 years of experience project managing, designing content and running promotional campaigns for a huge variety of events ranging from exhibitions and conferences to corporate hospitality.

As joint owner of ads creative solutions, Sally’s operational role involves her in the day-to-day running of the business, putting strategy, marketing expertise and processes in place to ensure we continue to provide our clients with the highest possible standards of service.

Nikki Dunstan

Nikki joined ads creative solutions in 2016 as a social media and marketing executive bringing a wealth of online and offline marketing experience. Skilfully tailoring successful campaigns, Nikki quickly nurtured strong relationships with clients and soon stepped up to her current account management role. Nikki works closely with clients in a variety of sectors to design and develop marketing strategies and implement a range of new and traditional media campaigns. A member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Nikki holds a Level 4 Certificate in Marketing.

Nikki is an active member at her local Toastmasters International club where she can be found meeting with likeminded people and perfecting her public speaking skills.

Nikki loves: Walking her dog Monty and reading a good book, her favourite being The Forgotten Garden by Kate Morton.

Hannah Scott

Hannah joined ads creative solutions in 2021 as an Account Manager. Hannah has a huge breadth of experience in Business to Business and Direct to Consumer Marketing, all the way from owner operated businesses to huge national brands and everything in between.

You’ll be in safe hands with Hannah’s passion for detail, accurate communication and consistent branding. She’s driven to help businesses achieve their potential.

Hannah loves: Monkeys, modern embroidery (for beginners!), her orange Mini and a lovely cup of tea.

Ruth Thrower

With over 20 years’ experience talented in-house graphic designer Ruth is passionate about the power of good design. An Adobe Creative Suite expert, she will work with clients to understand company values and business goals, that will inform the beautiful and bespoke visual content she creates. From brochures and leaflets, to advertisements for websites and social media, Ruth works across both traditional and digital spaces, designing captivating campaigns helping to draw in audiences, and set our clients apart from the competition.

Ruth loves: Travelling, interior design & gardening.

Alex Lozovskyi

Alex has been developing websites since 2016 and built more than 200 sites, he is also interested in web design.

In his free time, he likes watching and playing football, movies or cleaning – but lately, he spends most of his time playing cars or watching cartoons with his son.

Alex loves: chicken and chips, playing the drums and is a long-time fan of Arsenal!

Reece Lynn

Reece’s passion lies in copywriting where he will create bespoke content for websites, blogs and social content. As a skilled wordsmith, he will immerse himself in a client’s business to fully understand their ethos and values. Aside from writing, Reece enjoys working on web build projects and seeing a site go from ideas on paper to the finished article.

Outside of work, you’ll find Reece either watching or playing football. If it’s not football, it’ll more than likely be something food related.

Rob Scotcher

Rob works across a broad range of exciting digital projects including design, video production, photography, motion design, web design, web development and more.

He is our in-house fully qualified UAV operator for aerial photography and cinematography and always has a hand in the latest developments in the industry.

Rob loves: Pottery, metal, making pizza, star trek and snowboarding.

Ilana Kneafsey

New to the ads team this year Ilana joins us having just finished her Marketing with Media Communications degree from The University of Buckingham.

Ilana is passionate about marketing and is aware of the importance it has in businesses.

She is looking forward to developing her skills and working with like-minded people.

Ilana loves: Baking especially anything that involves chocolate, and regularly attends the gym to “burn off” the love of chocolate.

Jacqueline O’Brien

Jacqueline has recently joined the team as an Account Manager.

Although never worked in marketing before she brings to the team her management skills having worked for corporate companies such as Canon UK, Grafton Merchanting UK, Oxford Brookes, Peking University.

She has a passion for horse racing especially the National Hunt and is a member at Cheltenham racecourse.

She also likes being out in the countryside especially going on country walks and finding a cosy pub after her walk to chill and relax.

She is also a huge Liverpool fan and occasionally goes to watch her team play.
