The busy Oxford branch of Strutt & Parker were looking for the expertise to manage the aerial filming of a magnificent 350-acre farm estate in North Oxfordshire. They approached us to create a film to present the full extent of land included in the sale to prospective buyers.

what we did
Not all the land was adjoining so the challenge was to film the land included in the sale to its best advantage and avoid misrepresentation. Armed with a drone and an ordinance survey map one of our fully licensed and insured Civil Aviation Authority operators visited the estate to plan filming and consider surrounding properties or restrictions.
To support the aerial video, we recommended that aerial photographs, so the land could be delineated to give a clearer picture of the configuration.
Our skilled film editors created a concise video with corresponding images to provide Strutt & Parker with a valuable selling tool.
