our brief

To help raise brand awareness and bring attention to the business, Sportif Suzuki required a presence on social media. The overall goal was to grow their following, whilst aiming to build a strong rapport with the current customers but also try to establish new relationships at the same time.

what we did

To begin with, we got to learn who Sportif Suzuki’s audience was on Facebook, through researching previous posts, but by also digging deep into their insights and analytics. Having identified the age range and demographic, it allowed us to determine what type of content we would share.

With a mixture of content created by ourselves as well as some provided by Suzuki head office, we began to build on audience engagement by continually connecting with customers. Content such as polls allowed us to engage with the audience in a fun and interactive way, as well as sharing other forms of content that piqued the viewer’s interest.

Throughout the time we’ve worked alongside Sportif Suzuki, we have been able to consistently keep the audience’s attention and encourage engagement, which has helped them form strong relationships with their clients. Sportif Suzuki continues to receive high praise in comments left on Facebook.

I have dealt with ads creative solutions for around 9 years, firstly as part of a dealer group.

It was just over 3 years ago when my wife and I purchased Sportif Suzuki as a solus independent franchised company. It was at that point ads creative solutions really stepped up to the mark. Starting with the relaunch of the business, setting up new websites and fully managing our social media platform.

All of our quarterly events have been put together with a lot of thought and expertise, nothing is too much trouble, especially at very short notice when we have had to wipe plans and start again at a minutes notice. Where they win is the personal touch and customer service. On very rare occasions things don’t always go to plan, but it's how they resolve the matters that makes the difference.

In March 2020 everything changed for us all. ads creative solutions played a big part in our continuous communication with all of our customers via all our platforms and continue to do so.

All of this really was cemented when Sportif Suzuki picked up a regional award at the 2020 Suzuki conference. We couldn’t have done it without them.
