Jack Brunsdon

Jack Brunsdon & Son was founded in 1964, and since 2015 has been a part of Inwido, Europe’s largest windows group and a natural home for the region’s strongest companies in the areas of comfort, climate, and safety.

our brief

With lockdown shutting non-essential retailers across the country, customers were unable to visit showrooms and get a true feel of the products they were on the verge of purchasing. To help their audience receive the closest thing possible to a showroom experience, Jack Brunsdon contacted us about capturing a virtual tour of their flagship showroom within the Blenheim Palace Sawmills.

what we did

In order to capture the essence of the showroom experience, we needed to understand what the customers looked for and expected when visiting Jack Brunsdon. Putting ourselves in the shoes of the customer allowed us to plan out the pre-production of the tour, we understood what elements needed highlighting and the way they had to be portrayed.

Having completed the pre-production planning, we took to the showroom with a 360-degree camera that would allow us to capture the space from all angles. With the content in hand, the ads creative solutions team began the post-production process. It was important to us and Jack Brunsdon to put the content in front of as many people as possible, which is why we optimised it to work across a number of platforms including, website, social, and Google.
